We adhere to standardized production processes and maintain consistent quality levels throughout our operations. For instance, our procedures for fabric cutting, cloth sewing, and inspection are all standardized.
Upon placing an order, we will send you a pre-production sample for your confirmation. Only after you've confirmed this sample will we proceed with mass production. Throughout the production process, our Quality Control (QC) team carefully checks workmanship and quality from fabric cutting to packing.
At each stage of the production line, we provide detailed instruction documents outlining procedures. These documents cover every step of production, including fabric cutting, cloth sewing, ironing, and packing.
After production, workers will cut threads and iron clothes. After ironing, our workers will inspect clothes one by one, if there were issues detected ,they will solve them instantly. They only start packing if the quality is confirmed.
