All our workwear, outdoor garments and uniforms are produced in-house, from fabric cutting and sewing to ironing, inspection and packing. This is why we can control quality at every stage instead of relying on outside subcontractors, and why our pricing stays competitive: you are buying at source-factory level, with no middleman margin.

We are based in Wuhan, Hubei Province, Central China. Wuhan is China's central logistics hub, connected by high-speed rail, the Yangtze River port and direct China-Europe freight rail. This gives you flexible shipping options: sea freight via Shanghai, or China-Europe rail for faster European delivery.

Yes. We registered two proprietary brands in 2018 — NEO SAFETY® and BIZLINK®. By 2024 our branded products had entered markets across Europe, Asia and the Americas in over 10 countries/regions. For distributors, this means you can either take our branded stock program or use full OEM with your own label — we support both models.

Europe is our strongest market, which is why our products are built to EN standards (EN 13688 general requirements, EN ISO 20471 hi-vis, EN ISO 11612 heat & flame). We are an SGS and ICS certified manufacturer, holding ISO 9001 quality management certification and OEKO-TEX® textile safety certification. We are also BV certified. On the product side we hold EN 13688 (general requirements for protective clothing), EN ISO 20471 (high-visibility clothing) and EN ISO 11612 (protection against heat and flame). In September 2025, three of our core products additionally achieved CE certification.

OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certifies that every component of a textile — fabric, thread, buttons, zippers, prints — has been tested against a list of harmful substances. For you, it removes a major import risk: chemical compliance rejections at customs and retailer chemical audits. It also matters for end users who wear the garment 8–10 hours a day against the skin, which is exactly the case with workwear.

Yes, we hold ISO 9001 quality management system certification. In practice this means our fabric cutting, sewing, inspection and packing procedures are all documented as standardized work instructions posted at each production station — so quality does not depend on which worker is on shift that day. That consistency is what makes repeat orders match your first order.

Yes. We produce fire-retardant coveralls and workwear certified to EN ISO 11612 (clothing to protect against heat and flame). We can supply both inherently flame-resistant fabrics and FR-treated cotton/blends depending on your budget and wash-cycle requirement — inherent FR keeps its protection for the garment's life, while treated FR is more economical for lower wash-count applications.

Yes. We hold a completed factory audit report and Alibaba.com Supplier Assessment records including verified production line documentation. We also have an SGS SOC (Social/Operational Compliance) report. We can email the report package after a short introduction call — just let us know which audit scheme your company requires.

In practical terms, that means a 10,000-piece order occupies only a small fraction of our line, so we can absorb repeat and seasonal bulk orders without pushing your delivery date. For large tender projects, we can also reserve dedicated line capacity in advance — just share your annual forecast.

Absolutely — we welcome factory visits and can arrange pickup from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport or the high-speed rail station. If you cannot travel, we offer a live video factory tour where our team walks you through cutting, sewing, ironing, QC and packing in real time. Yes. In September 2025 three of our core protective products successfully attained CE certification, which is the mandatory conformity marking for PPE sold in the European Economic Area.

ICS (Initiative Clause Sociale) is a social compliance audit scheme used by major European retailers to verify labour conditions, working hours, wages and workplace safety. Being ICS certified means we can be listed as an approved vendor by European retail groups without you having to fund a separate social audit — saving both cost and 4–8 weeks of onboarding time.

Yes, we manufacture to EN ISO 20471, the European standard for high-visibility warning clothing. We can build to Class 1, Class 2 or Class 3 depending on the background material area and retro-reflective tape configuration you need. We work with 3M reflective tape as well as equivalent certified tapes — tell us the class required and the intended use environment, and we will spec it correctly.

Yes. We can provide third-party test reports covering composition, weight (GSM), tensile and tear strength, colour fastness, shrinkage and, where applicable, reflective performance and flame resistance. If you need testing by a specific lab your buyer nominates (SGS, BV, Intertek, TÜV), we can arrange it — testing fees are typically borne by the buyer for lab-nominated tests, and we cover our routine in-house verification.

Absolutely, and we encourage it. We regularly host SGS, BV, Intertek and buyer-appointed inspectors for pre-shipment inspection (PSI) and during-production inspection (DUPRO). We will book the inspection date with you once goods reach the required completion percentage, and we handle rework immediately if any point is raised — we do not ship until your inspector signs off.
